Online Banking

For Your Protection:  Our office will ask multiple questions to verify your identify before preforming any service or providing any information on your account to keep your account safe.

If you have any questions about this process, please inquire with one of our offices in person or over the phone.

Online banking login problems are usually due to a few issues that are simple to fix.

Before calling us please try the follow steps first:

  1. Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure “Caps” key is off.
  2. User ID is your unique ID set up by the Credit Union.
  3. Do not remember your Password? Enter User ID, click on Forgot Password and follow instructions to reset your password. You must have two internet windows open to reset your password.
  4. Account locked or still need assistance? – call your local office for help.


If you need to re-order checks, visit Check Printing Solutions (CPS) to place an order. If you haven’t ordered from CPS before, an office must set up your account. Any office can place a re-order as well. 

Please be advised when logging into Online Banking, you will be required to authenticate your identity. Your three choices to authenticate your identity are through text message, email, or answer a challenge question. If you do not have a cell phone number listed on your account, please contact an office to update your account right away. Also contact an office to update your number or email address if need be. 

Once personal log-in credentials (ex. passwords, email address, address) are changed or updated, you will receive a notification once completed.

If you receive one of these notifications and did not make any changes/updates – contact G.A.P. FCU as soon as possible.
